JOB DESCRIPTION

The Local 669 Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee conducts a five-year apprenticeship program in all or part of 46 states for Sprinkler Fitters who are piping mechanics specializing in fire protection. We function throughout the State of Minnesota with the exception of the Minneapolis and St. Paul area. Applications are made directly to perspective sponsoring employers.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Must be a high school graduate or have earned a GED certificate.
  • Must be physically fit to perform work of the trade.
  • Must have a military discharge under other than dishonorable conditions, if applicable.
